**Director of Brain Health Strategy**
The Director of Brain Health Strategy will spearhead the creation and execution of cognitive resilience and wellness programs throughout Otterbein communities. This position requires converting scientific findings into applicable initiatives and working in partnership with interdisciplinary teams and external collaborators to enhance the well-being of older adults. Applicants should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent area such as public health, gerontology, or healthcare administration, with a preference for candidates holding an advanced degree. Extensive experience in managing complex programs and a proven capability to turn research into actionable strategies are essential.
