**Director of Business Development**
The Director of Business Development is tasked with driving growth within the Department of Veterans Affairs by cultivating strong relationships and ensuring alignment between company strengths and mission requirements. This role encompasses the entire business capture lifecycle, which includes conducting market analysis, providing proposal assistance, and managing the pipeline to achieve annual award goals. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience within the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on business development or leadership positions. A bachelor’s degree is essential, alongside a demonstrated history of successfully securing competitive federal contracts and an in-depth understanding of VA healthcare and acquisition processes.
