**Job Title: Patient Care Assistant**
The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for conducting both standard and specialized patient care tasks under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Key responsibilities encompass gathering patient information, recording vital signs, and working alongside the healthcare team to deliver care that is suitable for different developmental stages and ages. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, be certified as a nursing assistant, be enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program with at least one clinical rotation completed, or have a minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care. Additionally, candidates must be capable of meeting requirements for respiratory fit testing.
