**Job Title: Medical Director**
The Medical Director is responsible for delivering clinical guidance, mentoring junior veterinarians, and advocating for medical excellence while actively engaging in patient care. This role involves collaborating with hospital leadership to nurture a supportive team environment and managing operational projects. Applicants must have a DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program and hold a valid veterinary license in Arizona. Additionally, a minimum of five years of experience in small animal general medicine and demonstrated leadership capabilities are essential.
