The Director of Business Program Management will lead strategic initiatives to advance data, analytics, and AI transformation objectives across the organization. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive cross-functional execution, define governance, and deliver scalable business solutions. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience are preferred, along with a proven track record in leading complex, large-scale cross-functional programs.
