Job description
**Job Title: Safety Engineer**
The Safety Engineer is accountable for assisting evening personnel by promoting EHS compliance and minimizing workplace hazards via engineering solutions and procedural strategies. This role includes the development and delivery of safety training programs, upkeep of OSHA documentation, and the enhancement of a robust safety culture through clear and effective communication. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety, or Engineering, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or alternatively, over 5 years of pertinent experience in lieu of a degree. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, an initiative-driven mindset, and a dedication to servant leadership are critical for success in this position.
