Job description
The Ophthalmic Technician/Scribe is responsible for conducting pre-examination tests, administering eye drops, and recording patient visits in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Additionally, this role involves supporting physicians during medical procedures and facilitating efficient patient movement within the clinic. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication abilities and adeptness at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic clinical setting. Although experience in ophthalmology or a medical office is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for the suitable applicant.
