Job Summary
The Director of FP&A and Business Intelligence is responsible for directing the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, and strategic long-term objectives, thereby providing essential guidance for leadership decision-making. This role includes managing and developing a team of analysts and collaborating closely with department heads to achieve financial coherence and enhance operational productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function across the organization.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and support the team of analysts in their professional development.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure financial strategies are aligned with operational goals.
- Utilize financial modeling and analytical tools to drive insights and improve performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- At least 4 years of experience in a director-level position.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Netsuite.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as SQL or Python.
