Job description
**Job Title: Director**
The Director is responsible for offering both strategic and operational direction for the House of Charity, managing shelter initiatives, facility operations, and food service programs. Key duties encompass budget management, staff oversight, community collaboration, and maintaining a 24/7 emergency response system along with adherence to regulatory standards. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in human services or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of five years of increasingly responsible leadership experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess experience in budget management as well as behavioral health service oversight.
