The Custodial Technician plays a pivotal role in educating staff on the safe use of equipment while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. This position involves conducting site evaluations, coordinating work schedules, and addressing emergency situations within the facility. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years in a supervisory custodial role. Essential certifications include Master Custodian, Custodian Instructor, 6/A2 Inspector, and Certified Trainer for Propane Powered Floor Equipment.
