**Director of Human Resources**
The Director of Human Resources will create and implement holistic HR strategies encompassing talent management, compensation, and employee relations to align with strategic business goals. This role involves leading and mentoring the HR team, serving as a reliable advisor to business leaders regarding organizational effectiveness and fostering a performance-driven culture. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, particularly in talent and change management. Furthermore, candidates must have over 7 years of experience in union labor relations within the construction, telecommunications, or analogous field-based environments.
