Job Summary
The Director of Maintenance is tasked with overseeing the daily operations of facilities, focusing on the effective management of maintenance and housekeeping personnel. This role is vital in ensuring that all operations comply with relevant codes, executing equipment replacement projects, and managing emergency response protocols.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the maintenance and housekeeping team’s daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and safety standards.
- Oversee projects related to equipment replacement and upgrades.
- Coordinate and manage emergency response efforts in various situations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- A valid Texas driver’s license is required.
- The ability to obtain Universal EPA certification within 90 days of employment.
