**Director of Maintenance**
The Director of Maintenance is responsible for providing high-level strategic management for maintenance operations within both residential and commercial properties. The role leads maintenance teams, ensures adherence to regulatory standards, and promotes a workplace culture focused on safety and operational excellence. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of advanced leadership experience in property maintenance management. Expertise in building systems, budget management, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is essential.
