As the Factory Manager for our San Francisco facility, you will be responsible for the design, launch, and management of operations, overseeing assembly processes, production logistics, and capacity planning. You will also be tasked with building and leading an assembly team, while upholding high standards for quality, safety, and supply chain effectiveness. The perfect candidate will bring 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations or hardware engineering, particularly with complex electromechanical products. A hands-on leadership style is essential, along with the ability to manage production systems, procurement, and quality assurance in a dynamic setting.
