Job description
**Director of Nursing**
The Director of Nursing is responsible for ensuring adherence to state clinical regulations, maintaining licensure, and implementing quality improvement programs within the home health agency. This role involves delivering direct patient care, chairing quality assurance committees, and acting as a clinical advisor to the executive team. Ideal candidates should possess an Associate degree and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, complemented by a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical leadership role. A solid understanding of home health regulations and the capability to travel between office sites are essential.
