The Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing high-quality resident care, clinical services, and regulatory compliance within a residential care facility. They provide leadership to the care team, manage clinical programs, and collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure organizational goals are met. Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of Missouri and have at least 2-3 years of clinical experience in senior living or long-term care. Previous leadership experience and a thorough understanding of Missouri RCF regulations are required.
