**Job Title: Director of Nursing**
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the management of nursing personnel, guarantees exceptional patient care, and oversees administrative and regulatory duties. This position involves leading clinical teams and promoting a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere for both residents and staff. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana. A minimum of three years of clinical experience in geriatric care is necessary, along with at least one year in a managerial role within a skilled nursing environment.
