**Job Title: Nurse Manager**
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily nursing activities, evaluating staff performance, and guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional resident care via clinical evaluations and updates to care plans. This role serves as a connection between the nursing team and the Director of Nursing, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Applicants should have an active RN license along with three to five years of experience in long-term care settings. Effective communication, organizational abilities, and the physical capacity to support resident mobility are essential qualifications for this position.
