The Director of Operations plays a crucial role in supervising facility operations, systems, and personnel to guarantee the smooth functioning of the organization. This position emphasizes risk management, financial oversight, and enhancing member experience to advance the organization’s programs and community service objectives. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of growing leadership experience in operations, facilities management, or a comparable area. While a college degree in a relevant field is preferred, it is not mandatory, and prior experience with the YMCA is strongly favored.
