Job description
The Director of Development will oversee all phases of senior housing expansion initiatives, encompassing feasibility studies, design, permitting, and construction management. This role involves managing project budgets and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 5–7 years of experience in real estate development or construction management. Proficiency in zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and financial analysis related to projects is essential.
