The Lead Softball Instructor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional training programs while overseeing the daily operations of the facility, which includes setup and maintaining equipment. This individual will also act as a brand representative and mentor, offering coaching support to the instructional team. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree along with demonstrable collegiate or professional experience in playing or coaching softball. Excellent organizational skills and the physical capability to handle sports equipment are essential.
