Job description
**Director of User Research**
The Director of User Research will establish and oversee a centralized research framework aimed at guiding product strategies and investment choices across the Law, Tax, and Government sectors. This position entails recruiting and managing a research team, as well as developing scalable systems and processes to weave customer insights into the product development lifecycle. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience in user research, particularly related to complex, platform-level products, and demonstrate a solid history of leadership and team development. A deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is essential, along with the capability to sway senior stakeholders and transform insights into practical product enhancements.
