Job Summary
The Director will be responsible for steering the strategic development and effective implementation of the patient support initiative. This role includes overseeing partnerships with exclusive Hub services and Specialty Pharmacies, ensuring optimal patient access to necessary resources, managing in-home laboratory monitoring programs, and guaranteeing comprehensive data integration and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design of the patient support program.
- Oversee operational execution in collaboration with Hub and Specialty Pharmacy partners.
- Optimize patient access to healthcare services and treatments.
- Manage in-home lab monitoring efforts to support patient needs.
- Ensure effective data integration and accurate reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- Extensive knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors in the rare disease space.
