Job Summary
The Director of Project Management is tasked with guiding the Entertainment project management team towards the successful development and launch of licensed trading-card properties. This role emphasizes the importance of establishing scalable operations, overseeing cross-functional collaboration, and addressing complex execution challenges within the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project management team in the Entertainment division, focusing on the end-to-end development of licensed trading-card properties.
- Build and implement scalable operational processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure alignment across various functions to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve complex challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project or program management, specifically within licensed physical or consumer products.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to enhance operational processes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
