Job description
**Director of Corporate and Securities Legal Affairs**
The Director will oversee all corporate and securities legal functions, focusing on public company preparedness, SEC compliance, and governance system development. This role also includes managing capital markets deals, mergers and acquisitions, and equity compensation plans, while providing counsel to the executive team and the board of directors. Applicants should possess a J.D. and maintain an active bar membership in a U.S. state, along with 8 to 15 years of experience post-J.D. specifically in securities and capital markets. A strong background in public company SEC reporting and disclosure requirements is essential.
