Job description
The Director/Senior Director will oversee the creation and enhancement of heterobifunctional small molecules by utilizing computational methodologies throughout the drug development process. The individual will be responsible for building and guiding a computational chemistry team and partnering with various teams to advance the strategic direction of the portfolio. Applicants should possess a PhD in Chemistry or a related discipline, along with more than 10 years of industry experience in computational medicinal chemistry. A strong track record in leadership, especially in structure-based drug design, and familiarity with heterobifunctional compounds are crucial for this position.
