Job description

The Advanced Practice Clinician is responsible for overseeing a specific group of patients through conducting physical assessments, prescribing diagnostic evaluations, and developing treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices. This role also involves enhancing communication within the interdisciplinary team and ensuring accurate and timely medical documentation. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree and be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Tennessee. A minimum of one year of pertinent experience is essential for this role.
