The Director/VP will serve as the main liaison for partners, overseeing ongoing programs and guaranteeing exceptional execution. This role involves shaping departmental responsibilities, evaluating program metrics, and aiding in strategic long-term planning. Applicants should have more than 8 years of experience in client services, with a minimum of 4 years in a primary contact position and at least 2 years in a managerial role. A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is necessary, as well as the capacity to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
