Job description
The Senior Leasing Consultant’s primary role involves transforming inquiries into scheduled community visits and providing tailored apartment tours to facilitate lease signings. The consultant will also play a key part in fostering brand loyalty through exceptional resident interactions and will create community engagement through social media channels. To qualify, candidates should have at least one year of experience in leasing or sales and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with social media platforms and a strong customer-oriented approach are essential for this position.
