Job Summary
The dispatcher plays a vital role in facilitating communication among the hospital, the community, and various internal departments. This position is crucial for ensuring prompt responses to emergencies and maintaining safety within the hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and respond to all emergency and life safety systems located throughout the hospital.
- Act as a communication link between hospital personnel, the public, and other departments.
- Monitor incoming calls and coordinate responses to various incidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a medical-related operator role.
- At least six months of experience operating multi-line telephone and public announcement systems.
