Job description
**Dock Supervisor**
The Dock Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day shipping and receiving activities, which entail loading and unloading plants and materials within a greenhouse setting. This position requires guiding a team to maintain precise inventory management, comply with safety regulations, and ensure smooth logistics operations. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in either a manufacturing or greenhouse context and be skilled in operating forklifts. A keen eye for detail, strong communication abilities, and the capability to engage in physical work, including lifting items up to 40 pounds, are essential for this role.
