Job description
**Job Title: House Supervisor**
The House Supervisor plays a vital role in managing the functions of all nursing departments during their designated shift, serving as the administrative representative for the hospital. This position involves supervising the staffing office and overseeing the float pool to guarantee sufficient coverage at all times. Applicants must possess a degree from an accredited nursing program and maintain an active Oregon Registered Nurse license. Furthermore, a minimum of one year in a charge nurse or leadership role, along with a current BLS certification, is essential.
