Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the store, focusing on aspects such as managing costs, maintaining inventory, overseeing cash handling, and fostering customer relationships. This position involves guiding the team to achieve performance targets while adhering to all established company policies and procedures. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have an insured vehicle for delivery responsibilities. The job entails physical requirements, including the ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet throughout the shift.
