**Job Title: Field Supervisor**
The Field Supervisor will lead, mentor, and ensure quality supervision of direct support personnel while guaranteeing adherence to DIDD and ECF service regulations. This role involves performing routine quality assessments in residential and community environments to assist individuals in reaching their independence and career aspirations. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare, caregiving, or human services, along with a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and the capability to successfully complete background and drug testing are necessary.
