**Job Title: Donor Services Manager**
The Donor Services Manager is accountable for managing blood collection activities, which encompass both whole blood and apheresis, to ensure that yearly objectives are achieved effectively. This role involves leading a team, nurturing a supportive work culture, and advocating for the organization’s mission within the community. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory capacity and hold a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and candidates must be able to secure a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to fulfill the job requirements.
