**Job Title: Associate General Counsel**
The Associate General Counsel will formulate and execute strategies concerning intellectual property to enhance the organization’s competitive edge. This role involves offering legal advice to research and development teams and overseeing patent prosecution and defense efforts on a global scale. Interested applicants should possess a JD degree, hold admission to a state bar, and be qualified to practice before the USPTO. A minimum of 8 years of experience in patent law is necessary, along with a technical background in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
