**Job Title: Doula Navigator**
The Doula Navigator will oversee care management and support for expectant and new mothers through outreach initiatives, assessments, and coordination of services. This position involves increasing community engagement by participating in face-to-face outreach at local clinics and events. Ideal candidates should be certified birth doulas with a background of 1-2 years in community health or social work and must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency with technology, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel within designated counties are essential for this role.
