The Senior Technical Analyst will oversee service delivery, manage project outcomes, and ensure the integrity of the global infrastructure. This position requires pinpointing technical deficiencies, offering expert guidance, and assisting with incident service requests across multiple areas. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and have a minimum of five years of pertinent IT experience. A solid understanding of infrastructure technologies and the capability to function effectively in a 24/7 setting are essential.
