The Practice Lead is responsible for overseeing top-tier MEP projects, guaranteeing technical proficiency and successful outcomes while providing guidance to junior team members. This position also entails spearheading business development initiatives, nurturing client connections, and playing a key role in the company’s strategic expansion. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of ten years in the MEP design sector is essential, with a focus on HVAC design and project management experience.
