Job Summary
The Dynamics Developer will be responsible for tailoring, enhancing, and integrating Dynamics 365 applications by leveraging Power Platform, C#/.NET, JavaScript, and other Microsoft technologies. This role emphasizes the creation of custom solutions, management of system integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and converting business requirements into efficient applications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Work across various Dynamics 365 modules, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Design and execute solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Create custom applications and plugins, and manage integrations using C# and .NET technologies.
- Employ JavaScript and related web technologies to enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Develop and implement PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls as necessary.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with both internal and external systems via tools like SSIS, KingswaySoft, and Azure Data Factory.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Dynamics 365 applications and their integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions effectively.
- Engage in the entire lifecycle of features and enhancements including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and adhere to development best practices.
- Work autonomously, managing priorities and addressing technical challenges to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in software development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Familiarity with Dynamics modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing is essential.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET programming.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or Dataverse is required.
Additional Skills
- Experience in creating custom Dynamics 365 plugins and workflows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, particularly in cloud-based integrations.
- Experience in managing Dynamics 365 configuration, solution management, and deployment processes.
- Possession of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications is a plus.
