Job Summary
The IT Service Delivery Coordinator (Temp) plays a critical role in managing IT service delivery processes to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service to end-users. This temporary position requires coordination between various IT teams to maintain effective communication and support for all service-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT service delivery framework to ensure that services are delivered consistently and efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between users and IT teams, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, addressing any issues or escalations promptly.
- Assist in the development of service improvement plans to enhance service quality.

Qualifications
