Job Summary
The Product Management Lead is responsible for shaping and implementing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise applications that enhance military family readiness programs. This role involves working closely with various cross-functional teams and government partners to transform mission requirements into cutting-edge software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall strategy for enterprise applications supporting military family readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on mission objectives.
- Engage with government stakeholders to identify and translate needs into software capabilities.
- Lead product roadmapping efforts and prioritize feature development.
- Innovate and enhance software solutions based on user feedback and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of experience in software product management or in a technology leadership role.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies is essential.
