Job Summary
The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of enterprise analytics, internal applications, and data integration initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to convert business challenges into technical solutions, while also ensuring the integrity of data and the dependability of systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the roadmap for enterprise analytics and internal applications.
- Lead the delivery of data integration projects to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve business challenges with technical solutions.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and system reliability.
- Provide technical leadership within the organization.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or enterprise applications.
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership position.
- A degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in data modeling and systems integration.
