The Early Learning Director & Lead Teacher will primarily engage in the classroom, delivering direct instruction and nurturing care to preschool-aged children. This role also entails handling administrative responsibilities, overseeing staff, and ensuring adherence to state childcare regulations. Applicants should have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related discipline, along with a minimum of two years of teaching experience and two years in a supervisory role. Furthermore, candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and have medical clearance to work in a childcare environment.
