The Senior Manager of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) oversees adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards across facilities in North America. This role involves directing safety initiatives, performing risk evaluations, examining incidents, and promoting ongoing improvements to enhance workplace safety. Applicants should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in an EHS capacity, especially in a lean manufacturing setting. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable, paired with an in-depth understanding of OSHA and EPA guidelines.
