Provide senior electrical engineering review and advisory services for dam, tunnel, and hydropower projects, including guidance on analyses, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Mentor staff, contribute to technical and quality initiatives, collaborate across disciplines, and support proposals and strategic project pursuits. Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, at least 30 years of professional experience, and a Washington Professional Engineer license. Candidates should have recognized expertise in major dam and hydropower projects, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently; experience with IEEE standards and electrical and controls systems is preferred.
