Job Summary
The Financial Transaction Specialist is tasked with handling a range of financial operations, such as ACH transactions, wire transfers, and check collections. This role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring that all processes are accurately completed and compliant with relevant policies.
Responsibilities
- Process various financial transactions, including ACH and wire transfers, along with check collections.
- Ensure accuracy in all financial operations and adherence to compliance regulations.
- Address and resolve inquiries received from members and internal departments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of transactions and communications.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in operational roles related to ACH, wire transfers, or check collections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Fedline or Symitar is essential.
