The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process by collaborating closely with community hiring managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top talent. This position is crucial for supporting community HR Business Partners through efficient communication and updates regarding the hiring process, particularly within the healthcare and skilled nursing sectors.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Provide timely updates to community HR Business Partners concerning recruitment progress.
- Engage in recruitment initiatives specifically tailored for the healthcare and skilled nursing fields.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
