Job Summary
The EMT/Paramedic will play a crucial role in providing emergency medical services to patients in a variety of situations. This full-time position involves responding to emergencies, delivering immediate care, and transporting patients when necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in emergency response and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and evaluate patients’ conditions.
- Administer appropriate medical treatment to patients on-site.
- Ensure the safe transportation of patients to medical facilities when required.
- Document medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed.
Qualifications
- Current EMT or Paramedic certification in accordance with state regulations.
- Previous experience in emergency medical services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stress scenarios.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
