**Job Title: Patient Care Associate**
The Patient Care Associate plays a crucial role in assisting the Registered Nurse with a variety of clinical responsibilities, including conducting EKGs, performing glucometry tests, and tracking vital signs. Additionally, they are responsible for proactively responding to the needs of both patients and their families to facilitate smooth operations within the unit. Applicants must possess a high school diploma along with a nursing assistant certification or be nursing students who have finished their clinical fundamentals. A Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is necessary to be obtained at the time of hiring.
