Job description
**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**
Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to elderly clients within their residences or assisted living facilities, focusing on enhancing mobility and fostering independence. Partner with a multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation of patient care in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license or be on track to secure one. Basic computer skills, current CPR certification, and the physical capability to provide in-home care are essential requirements.
